biolitec expects to publish the group’s annual financial statement 2010/2011 in the new year

Jena, October 28, 2011 – biolitec AG, Jena, listed in the Prime Standard of Frankfurt stock exchange (ISIN DE0005213409), has to postpone the publication of the group’s financial statement 2010/2011.

Changed formalities and considerably more time-consuming coordination processes for worldwide consolidation according to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) delay the final presentation until the beginning of next year.

As a result, the date of the Annual General Meeting is expected to be postponed as well. The new date will be announced by biolitec in the first weeks of the coming year.
