Ceralas® PLDD-Laser - Strong for Weak Backs

Surgical applications in particular require a wavelength that can do a lot more: namely vaporize and coagulate. This is exactly what Ceralas® laser offers with its 980 nm wavelength.

Targeted evaporation of the intra-vertebral tissues eases the pain immediately. Painful nerves within the intra-vertebrate are destroyed. Another plus point: The intra-vertebral fiber ring is fortified.

PLDD sets - Effective Where Required

Micro-surgical precision is indispensable while working on critical tissue structures such as the medulla. For this you need fibers that deliver laser power exactly at the place where it is desired.

PLDD probes distinguish themselves through their extremely fine or thin property as well as through their flexibility and durability. The fiber is introduced into a 21G or 18G recess in the intra-vertebral disk. Different fiber tips - flat, conical and spherical - enable a targeted treatment of the intra-vertebral disk tissue. The fine needle for placing the fiber and the PLDD adapter are an integral part of the biolitec sets.
